clogged shower drain uncontrollable heating

I was a bit disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in the room. the shower drain was clogged and the water pooled easily. the heating system seemed to have a mind of its own. I could not regulate the temperature properly and it got uncomfortably warm at night. it made sleeping difficult, it was quite frustrating to deal with these issues especially since i was hoping for a seamless stay

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

useful kitchenette gracious staff convenient location relaxing courtyard

The room had a kitchenette, a clothes washer, a dryer and a coffee machine. The staff was very gracious and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants. I particularly appreciated the restaurant on site offering a relaxing courtyard space.

I noticed some dust balls under the bed .

underwhelming experience

room uncleanliness unhygienic environment

The location was quite convenient. It was close to the metro.

The room cleanliness was not up to standard. I found hair on the floor and pillows upon arrival. also, the lack of a proper housekeeping service for stays under seven days is unacceptable. my towels remained damp due to poor ventilation. This created an unhygienic environment.
